Accounting & Financial

With an experienced and knowledgeable accounting department, the financial well-being of your long-term rental property is ensured. On the 10th of each month, your rental income is directly deposited into the account of your choosing, eliminating time spent depositing paper checks. Also, you will receive an electronic monthly statement detailing rental income and any maintenance or administrative fees.

Through our online owner portal, you have direct access to these records anywhere you go. Year-end 1099 tax requirements are mailed in January of each year. Our property managers are also available for direct phone assistance when any questions may arise. No owner should have to deal with the stress involved in maintaining financial records, and our meticulous accounting staff ensures the fiscal health of your investment property.

Tenant Screening

Our rental program takes the proper and necessary steps to protect your property through our extensive tenant screening process. We carry out both background and credit checks on potential tenants, as well as verify their monthly income, collect an initial security deposit, and require receipts of utilities being switched into their name at the lease signing. We are happy to complete these tasks in order to protect your investment and provide you with the peace of mind that all homeowners should have.
